The behavior of hotel manager was very bad and he behaved as if he was showing mercy on me by allowing check in. Firstly because of confusion by MakeMyTrip, my booking was showing as underpaid in the hotel and the manager was asking extra for letting me check-in. I did not get immediate resolution from MMT and I had to pay for check-in, which he refunded today morning on check out citing that your booking got updated. Furthermore, the hotel manager took extra for one water bottle which was complimentary in the hotel voucher. I want MMT to take strict action against the manager for this mess up. Room was in very bad condition and they did not even change the bedsheets and pillow covers. Later on, after continuously requesting, they changed the bedsheets and pillowcases. There was no mirror, no charging ports, WiFi with single bar strength and many more issues. Breakfast time was 09 to 10 AM. I could not understand, which hotel has breakfast time from 09 to 10 AM? The manager also denied early (08:30 AM when I had to leave) breakfast.
