I had a good time at hotel citizen as their property was clean and well mentained. Bathroom was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Location was easy to find. It was nice experience overall.

Great place for the budget price

Location was great the hotel is located at the prime location of clock tower, and the room was spacious and clean with all facilities as mentioned. Only downside was the flight of stairs and no lift, also there's limited ventilation to the rooms you have to open the front door to allow air to pass. For the price it was really a great deal and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Rude behavior of staff as well as owner. Even if I had no option, I would prefer to stay whole night in my car, rather than this hotel. Not only the staff but also owner is ever ready to mess with you. Not a safe place to stay.

It was an OK type of a stay. Not great but wasn't that bad either. Basic amenities are a towel and soap only. Cleanliness is like 1. 5/5. Ambience is not that good. But still easily locatable cheap and affordable.

Its near to Ludhiana railway station. Not a great place to visit the hotel. It's very ordinary location. Very expensive hotel. No food facility. Expensive hotel. Location is not good.
