Hotel O Royal Guest House

Very congested location, no parking space and unhygiene and small rooms with fake pics on mm t app, totally worst

As per my booking voucher checkin time is 12. 00pm i reach hotel at 10. 00 am manager told me early check in not in over hotel and also told me if your booking done near to our hotel we will not give room at 12. 00 pm if u want room u have to paid rs. 1200- after complain to make my trip they give me room in another hotel. I m continuously travel-ling 15-20 days in a month and any hotels not declined 2-3 hrs early check-in and not asking any extra amount. My experience is not good with this hotels.

Poor facilities, poor bathrooms quality, poor room quality, this hotel is waste of money

Friends, i have booked hotel at royal guest house and when reached there my room was allotted to other person. They shifted my to their other location. And staff service and quality of room was very poor. Room was totally smelling and food quality was very bad. I booked room with breakfast but i didn't are any food provided by them due to bad quality of food. I request never book rooms in such hotels.

The room was untidy and bathroom was to bad. And the complementry food they have given was wrapped in newspaper and taste was too baaaddddd

Fans not working, ac not working, bed had used bedsheets on. Tiny and congested bathroom. Broken telephone. Floor and tables not at all clean. Switches broken. Gate lock broken. Mirror had lipmarks on it, clearly not been cleaned. The worst experience ever! do not book this hotel
