Very very disappointing experience

I with my partner was inside and someone tried to come in, we got really really scared and hard to checkout just in 1. 5-2 hrs. Very very disappointing for us, we even had a talk with makemytrip and even insurance company but no compensation for this is provided yet ! too horrible experience with make my trip.
