It was pleasent experience room was fabulous i am very happy at budget price got so luxury rooms quick service peaceful atmosphere staff is also helpful they helped me arranging taxi for me reasonable price everything Waa perfect surely recommend

Bad Experience
Overall Experience was not good, Here are some mentioned points: 1. In this hotel you can order only sandwiche, Aalu pratha and tea In complementary breakfast and the taste is also not good. This was the only hotel in which i saw reception person says if you order anything else accept above said item it will charge extra. 2. In Dinner I ordered Butter Chicken and Roti and the taste was so bad that I don’t have words to explain, the same feedback was given to the person present at reception but he doesn’t care about that.

Worst condition & Service in hotel
We have 4 rooms with 8 guests.At the time of check in a very rude receptionist was attended to us in a very rude manner. He allotted us a room on the 2nd floor but in the hotel no lift was installed & even not mentioned in the Make my trip site from where we booked the hotel. in addition no service staff was there for serving the guest. No cutlery for serving the dinner which arrived almost 75 minutes after order with disposable cutlery. In the room, the situation was the worst for services & the bathroom had a foul smell. No towel, toiletries were also available. When we asked the same thing he said to take it from the ground floor. We have to make multiple trips up & down to get the things & basic things of water. When we try to talk with the owner , he did not have taken initiative to sort the issue & treat it as a normal issue. I suggest you all to never book such a hotel any more.
