Bad room and bad behavior by staff...not clean room and room was broken very badly...i lose my botel

Not good room and food quality is bad never clean room . .....

Room cleanliness is not there and also there is rat running in the room which is very disturbing when you sleep.

Everything is fantastic specially food & stay also ok. & near by to the market also. You can clme & stay

i had a good experience in hotel. staff are well cooperative. room are good. washroom are good and well maintained

I find the property through mmt app but they are showing in the app for 20% extra discount for food but i did not get but Services are excellent by the service man

Location is good, staff disciplined, good food...loved it.. Next time will book the same Hotel Vikrant..

The hotel facilities are good and service staff behavior also good. The room was small but not bed. As we can see the room look like biggest. All over hotel is good for stay for family and friends.

Hotel is near to the market & railway station. The condition of their deluxe room is not same as in the photographs available. I have booked semi deluxe but no semi deluxe was vacant so they gave me deluxe. And beleive me the room ambience was not up to the market. Some issues listed below- * bucket was broken. * exhaust was not working. * insects were their on the bed even after routine cleaning. * in tv only free punjabi channels were their and 2-3 hindi drama channels were available only. No other channels were their to watch neither sports channels. * towel they gave me was not in good condition * after experiencing all this i decided not to have food from the hotel. Instead i did zomato. * for such below average hospitality, they are overpriced. I will recommend opt this hotel only in some emergency. If not then please choose other hotel away from railway station.

1/5 Stars - Frustrating Experience 2/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience with Vikrant Hotel I recently booked a room at Vikrant Hotel and was thoroughly disappointed. The check-in process was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested. The bed sheets were stained. The bathroom was outdated filled with insects. - Unclean room - Poor customer service. .

As per the details they offering parking but when i reach and park my car they told me to pay 100- so they are offering paid parking not free parking. Room is so so not same as in the pictures. So in total average stay.

Nice hospitality and comfort, Rooms and appliances are in good amd workings conditions, As per prices not worth

The stay was comfortable, the location was good, hotel service is upto mark, food was nice and their amenities are also good

The hotel was unhygienic, bed spreads and sheets were never changed and was too dirty, complimentary breakfast was given as if we begged them for food, cramped, ac was not functioning, overall a worst experience. The trust on make my trip has drastically reduced and we will find hotels elsewhere and not with you anymore.
