The room is not clean, there is no food available, linen is also not clean and charges are high I strongly will not recommend it to anyone. Worst experience

Hotel didn't allow us to stay, in winter it's was too cold we all four standing outside. They canceled all our reservation dated 15 -16 and 16-17 dc 23

I have been traveling for so long and didn't experience such a worst hospitality till date The worst hotel I have ever stayed at . 1- Wifi was not working 2- The TV was not working 3- Drinking water was not available in the Room. 4- The receptionist was not attending the calls, every time you have to go downstairs to raise your issues. 5- The manager was not available in the Hotel to solve your problems and I have called him regarding the problem I had facing and he didn't provide me any solution. 6- They should inform me in advance if the property has such problems regarding wifi and TV, the internet is important when you are traveling for work. 7- Didn't even deliver the breakfast at the time as it was informed by me that I need breakfast at 7:30 in the morning because I have a train to catch. 8- They have changed me , with no WiFi , no TV , no breakfast , most pathetic hotel in the town

Hotel mirage is a nice hotel. Service is good. Interior room was good at all. Receptionist was good behaviour. And management was cool
