Good Stay
The food was really delicious and 35 varieties were present . The staff was somewhat polite . The receptionist took a lot of time for formalities before providing room keys which were already booked by us knowing we got ladies and children waiting. That upset me . Otherwise everything was nice.

The room was well arranged and clean, but I have rates 4 because I found the basic hygiene missing in Food section. in the breakfast the same staff member for making omlette and dosa with the same (veggies of bowl) No seperate section was maintained for veg and non-veg

Room 401 no water
businessI was stayed on room no 401 in the hotel. It was an horrible experience for the first time. There was no water for bath, hotel tried to arrange bucket after an hour of the problem. Till that i have decided to check out.

Every month stay for 3-4 days, but next time will not come in on n hotel
I stay 2 days and both days water cold in bath time, u also asked to reception but not solve. .

businessThe washroom was very small, they provided 2 water bottles of bisleri (500ml) each, an amount printed rs 10 on each, asked for more bottles, but another bottle was costing 67rs each, breakfast food was also not so good. Gym with 2 pieces of equipment only. Expensive as per charge.

Fake commitment and confirm a
I booked a room where i selected an option of twin beds at the time of booking. The payment was deducted and the booking was finalized. On the day of check in, i called the hotel and confirmed regarding the booking and they addressed that this is regarding the twin bed booking. But to my surprise the hotel allotted me a room with a queen size bed and on enquiring with the staff they were in complete denial of any allotment of twin beds.
