I want to complaint against makemytrip and hotel, pols connect to your contact person. They denied our booking, and my family is suffering all night at mahabaleshwar.

The overall experience was terrible. Hotel manager denied entry at arrival saying that the amount he is receiving for the booking is too low so he cancel-led the booking.

Der was no hot water, tv, towel. The staff was not cooperative

Road is little narrow and very steep, required high skills of driving to reach hotel from main road. Food service was not properly setup, however you can order from outside or go to nearby restaurants. Breakfast was average. Some room are well maintained, however in some rooms backrest of bed was dirty, no lights in washroom and ac was not working. Facilities of wifi and intercom were not working, though they have set-up there. Wifi could be very essential where no cellular network in rooms.
