Review Of Hotel O Jams Guest House

I booked this hotel through make my trip. When i reached here they told me there is no rooms. We came from bangladesh and stayed in the streets for 2 hour with luageges

Actually i dont get in the hotel. They said hotel is full. I can't check in the hotel. I need refund my money back. Other wise i will complain in consumer court

The hotel charged extra money for staying, even after the full online payment. They did even provide water bottle. We were travel-ling with patient. And the behaviour that they had shown us was not acceptable at all. I have travel-led many places around india, but never faced such behaviour and condition earlier. I do-not recommend anyone to book this hotel

At first when i cal them to ask abt my booking, they told me to pay extra amt or else i won't be able to stay and then cut my cal and after were not picking up my cals. As soon as i reached there, i found the place's outlook very dirty, not maintained at all. And then they charged me extra 500rs for what i don't knw. When i went to my rooms it was so messy and everything inside was so dirty, smoking smells was coming so hard. Bed-cover full of stains, pillow seems like haven't changed since last year. The place was full of bugs, everywhere. Dustbin were not cleaned, used condoms were there. Very unhygienic and intolerable. Won't go there again fr sure.

Rooms are not as shown in photo. They are just pathetic. Bedsheets dirty. Staff behaviour obnoxious. Overall won't refer anyone to stay there

Location was good. Very much co-operative staff. The best part is we asked the hotel guy to buy us some local food and the did that with a smile.
