Review Of Hotel O Iconic Residency

Most horrible stay at Delhi.... the staffs and the receptionist is so bad... so much smelly and cigarettes ashes were all in the room. No maintenance and drunk people

First the receptionist guy is very rude and he didn't accept the online booking through MakeMyTrip,he ask me to pay extra money. 2nd the room was very dirty, oh my god I am scared now also by thinking the condition of bedsheet. I put my own towels on the bed and the went to sleep, i check out the hotel in the early morning at 6 am. I suggest everyone please don't book that hotel and make my trip guys if possible please remove the hotel from online mode

The rooms are outdated with old furniture. The bed sheets and quilts are stained and the bathrooms are so dirty. Such a waste of money to stay there

I have done the booking on my dad behalf as he has travel-led from mumbai to delhi for treatment and hotel was allocating at third floor, as lift facility is not there so we have requested to cancel the booking. But as they has just done check-in and shown room which was not suitable as my dad was patient, so they deny to cancel the booking and refund.
