About the hotel
I hardly stayed in the hotel because it was in a very bad condition. Unclean and the amenities mentioned in the description was not provided at all, except for the tv (not working) and geyser. Even the telephone was not working. Very unhygienic and dirty rooms.

The room was not maintained neatly, the geyser and ac were not working, when i made check in the hotel staff demanded me for rs 500 for giving me the room. Driver

Worst service
I booked it for my relative. First they were denied checkin as hotel staff demanded for more money. Later they were also shift to subpar room

Worst experience
I got room with no door lock. As they initially promised me that they will change but they didn’t changed even after many follow up. Need to ask for water like beggar. They provide water in waste water bottles of previously used by guest. Even after paying for breakfast they just ignored breakfast there are many problems i faced. Just recommend just for find cheap use. Your life will be hell. Staff is not friendly. Charged me extra money

Nothing more than a Dharamshala
Room was small and amenities were not available. It was a residential house actually and no proper light and services were available.

Terrible stay
Conditions of hotel is very poor, rooms allotted to us was very bad, there is no toilet paper in the washroom, floor was damaged, wall was looking out from wallpaper and many more I can't explain in words.

Another bad experience with Oyo
businessAdvance payment while booking any hotel is on risk, as when I tried to check into the hotel, the manager denied the entry stating that you need to pay extra as what you have paid is less. Then I call customer care to resolve the issue and after 1 hour they let me in. However during 1 hour, I was amazed where would I go at 21.00 hours, moreover the behavior of the manager was very rude. The room they provide on 1st night, second they changed it without even informing me and the new room was used as a store. Bathroom has no ventilation. And firmly believe that they were not cleaning it on regular basis. Breakfast is always late.
