The rooms were dirty. Rats were roaming freely in the room. Hot water kettle was so dirty the even after getting it cleaned, it stinked. Bathroom drainage was clogged. Overall it was the worst hotel I have ever been to.

Rooms was not clean

Reception and lobby was good but rooms was not clean. Switch of fan and light was one so at night if you want to turn off lights, fans also turned off as well.
