Property was not maintained properly by the owner and their caretakers.
I had booked 2 rooms, and we had to change our rooms 4 times due to several reasons listed below.
1. There is no particular responsible person on reception.
2. 3-4 person working but could not find them when necessary.
3. At morning, evening and night there is not any person available at reception.
4. Reception and restaurant ph. no. not working, not picking up calls.
5. Rooms, beds and blankets was dirty.
6. Furniture was old, dirty and broken.
7. There is no mirror in the room.
8. TV was not working.
9. WIFI was not working.
10. Could not be able to find phone signal.
11. In some rooms AC was not working.
12. In some room's locks were not working.
13. Hot water not available in all rooms.
14. They don't provide any cutlery for the eating.
15. There were not proper table and chairs available.
16. Reception telling us to not to complain here, go to make my trip and complain.
17. You have used MMT, we will not entertain.
18. At checkout, there was not any person available at reception, and we had to wait 2 hours for that.
19. I have regretted this booking at MMT, MMT should take strong against this property and inform me as well and increase awareness to their users by posting my feedback.
