Location was good but hotel itself is not good. Rooms are ordinary and not clean. AC was not working.

Don’t come here
Nothing good gonna come staying with them. They will be charging things like they are never gonna get new costumers. Terrible service, terrible charges. I stayed there for 5 days, no room cleaning came. For cab services they charge their commission as well. Too expensive to stay with this very very cheap service. They don’t know how to handle guest. Veryyy veryyy poorrrrrr.

Location - Excellent That’s it… Nothing else was Good… Small Rooms Smaller Bathrooms Linen Bad Stink Pillows & Bed Sheets Stained and unwashed… Never Going again…

Good Stay
hotel was good staff was good, supportive. location is Lil inside the city but no issue , bus available from Panjim to nearest bus stops I have not tried food here so can't say room was clean, neat, ac tv all electronics ware working good 1st trip to Goa (buisness trip ) 1st hotel budget friendly room size was small...but it's ok you cant expect more in less 4.5/5

They don't have basic customer service 2 .no hot water it was not tat I visited once it was my 4th time all time no hot water 3. No lift services. 4. Very bad staff and the guy in reception is very terribl 5. Worst hotel

Not happy with the stay no house keeping facility
No services wrong room was given other then the booked room small space no fridge was there asit was mentioned in amenities while booking no room

Business Trip
It was a business trip to Goa. The staff is courteous and hospitable. Property is on the main street and thus won't be an issue to locate it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Excellent Stay
The hotel is near to panjim ksrtc stand. Miramar beach is very near to the hotel. Currently there is no canteen facilities. But you can order from the menus kept at the room. Rooms are not that spacious but its clean.
