I reached the hotel at 2:30 am and there was no sign which leads to the checkin desk. After some difficultly i found it was in 1st floor but the lift was switched off. The agent was sleeping on the floor in front of the checkin desk and upon waking him up he asked me to show the booking. I showed him the booking and he says he doesn't know how much i paid. I show e him in the app but he said his app doesn't show the money. Then he demanded i pay 300 more because the rate i paid was not hotel rate. I had to call mmt and they agreed to reimburse the money so i paid and then he gave me the key to room which was on second floor so again i had to go up the stairs. No one was there to guide. The room didn't have drinking water or soap in the toilet. Very basic ac room. The whole process took 40 mins so i went to bed only by 3:30 am in the morning. Also the location of the hotel in map was wrong. Overall a terrible experience.
