Review Of Hotel O Address Inn

I was denied this day at the hotel saying that though I have done my booking through MakeMyTrip, it has been booked under OYO, which is why I was denied the stay even though I had paid the full amount for two days of stay. Please I want my refund

Condition of the hotel is pathetic

Booked it at cheaper price the room smells bad and so many broken stuff in room bad elevator very bad location very small alley cabs don't wanna go inside. Staff were nice and food is nice and affordable prices.

Over all it’s really not good zero ventilation rats in the room no cleanliness over all it’s bad experience

My friends and i booked this hotel to enjoy holidays. We were not at all disappointed, it was good experience.

Don't send any guest in that hotel. They not even changing bedsheets and full dirty toilet

But the problem was they were not allowing couples to stay who aren't married. I mean what sense does it makes bcoz even court has processed it to legal

Rooms were dirty and totally different than what was shown in pictures while booking.

It was overall a good stay as the hotel is situated nearby airport and the staff was cooperative

I paid for breakfast and it was not delivered to me.
