worst experience ever. breakfast is not good. they were asking for extra money for breakfast. very misbehavior staff. not expecting their flaws.

Not hygienic and even breakfast was very poor. Rooms very small. Not recommended

Stay was bad and uncomfortable. Tariff was quite high in comparison to the room's condition and size. The whole night there was a lot of disturbance which ruined my sleep. Room was smelly. Overall it was disgusting and pathetic. Would never recommend anyone to go there and stay.

Good place to stay for a night. Only issue is if number of guests increased car parking will be a problem. Though staff was very helpful to find a place for my car.

Extremely Disappointed I had a very unpleasant experience at Hotel Amber Paramount. I had clearly booked a Deluxe Room, but upon arrival, I was given a simple standard room with no explanation or apology. When I raised the issue, the hotel management was not only unhelpful but also arrogant and completely unprofessional in their behavior. Instead of resolving the issue politely, they were dismissive and showed zero regard for customer service. It felt like once the booking was confirmed, they no longer cared about guest satisfaction. The way they treat guests is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this place. This is not the kind of experience anyone expects when they’re paying for a comfortable and respectful stay.

Comfortable stay with a good location. Services were apt. The restaurant was equally good however it took some time to prepare the food.

There are a lot of mosquitoes at night so I vacated the place and came back. I shifted the hotel to another place in three to four hours at night.

everything was perfect. good service. receptionist was very kind.hotel was clean and the food tasted good

all good, no issues other than rooms being smaller than average size for capacity of two people. the breakfast was good, not much in variety but okay taste wise.

Breakfast was included in the stay but breakfast was not at all good and cafeteria was very unhygienic We had booked deluxe room but were given some other room

The hotel itself is located in a very shady locality. There is a horrible smell continuously which comes even inside the hotel. The breakfast is as pathetic as possible. You do not have the urge to wake up early and have it. It's so lacking in options and horrible. The rooms are claustrophobic. I doubt they are even 100 sq ft. You do-not have space to open the luggage if you have moved in the staff service is as pathetic as you can imagine. Most of the time the reception guy forgets what we have asked or have ordered for. We have to remind him multiple times over the phone. Still then you may end up receiving unordered stuff. Many a times there would be some xyz individual knocking your door and asking whether we have ordered the thing. We stayed for 15 days because we had to as it was company accommodation and was prebooked.
