Hotel O RK

Ok for a short stay. But the location is bad and the entrance of the hotel is through a market. Would not recommend to female travelers.

Don't book here, they don't accept online payment if you have done, will trouble you for a lot

I don't know how OYO recommend such hotel, Entrance us very bad, no cleanliness, got torn towel, got used soap, bathroom was not clean, TV remote was pathetic, no water provided, only thing staff was very helpful. Please rework I and all the above aspects, your business will definitely run. Respect your customer and get good feedback from them then automatically it will run. Thank you.

I took Uber from Airport to hotel, and to my surprise what I found was only the board on the Road, when asked to the nearby medical store man where the hotel is, he told me to go to the dirtiest 3 feet wide lane, which was the entry to the hotel, one word pathetic! It was a slump area, and don't know why the hotel made in slump area. Rooms were extremely small, with no proper arrangements. Breakfast was tasteless, options being poha, idli sambhar and bread egg. Staff was decent, and quick on service.

Stay was overall good but the problem is regarding breakfast, they asked me for breakfast too early but came to deliver it during the time of my checkout. I refused it as I was getting late for my ride booking.

Worst delivery of services ever. We were frisked as the time of arrival, TV wasn't working, network was so weak and poor that we went able to get or give calls. So disgusting.

Rooms were very small and compact washroom. Lots of flies in the room.

The hotel is not provided any card payment facilities and while entering to the hotel there is no proper way to enter the hotel apart of that no towels no bathroom accessories were available, not so good and not the value of money

Location not good and no parking and room service is very slow

Everything was good, nearby area is not that much bad.

Worst location slum area, worst cleanliness, worst food quality, you have to pass through narrow lane of just 2 feet wide for 50 meters to access the hotel. The most worst experience with OYO13885 Metro Residency Behram Baug, Jogeshwari West Mumbai.
