I booked 3 room for 2 days for my family. Good location but bit far from dal lake. Nothing is complimentary onarrival even not a water bottle. If you want to have dinner at night you have to pay for buffet. Outside food not allowed inside hotel.

Location was not difficult to find. Away from dal lake. Food very poor quality with serious concerns about hygeine. Hotel room- bathroom not clean. Don't stay here.

Food quality was minus rating. Don’t book this hotel if you want good food in hotel also bathroom was very dirty.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights but could hardly stay for few hours in the night as we dint have any option, next day early morning we moved out without getting any refund. Pathetic hotel.

Worst hotel with bad hospitality. Toilet is not cleaned. Tap damaged.

Cleanliness of the hotel is well maintained, but it has no elevator/lift and so not suitable for aged people, room service is limited, breakfast is served at the restaurant below from 8:00 am to 9:30 am and dinner from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Staff is courteous and helpful, particularly jawed is a very good guy who helped us a lot all through out our stay.

In old srinagar, standard hotel, dinner was good but bf was poor. Friendly staff
