I booked 3 room for 2 days for my family. Good location but bit far from dal lake. Nothing is complimentary onarrival even not a water bottle. If you want to have dinner at night you have to pay for buffet. Outside food not allowed inside hotel.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights but could hardly stay for few hours in the night as we dint have any option, next day early morning we moved out without getting any refund. Pathetic hotel.

Hotel is neat and clean but without lift/elevator.

familyCleanliness of the hotel is well maintained, but it has no elevator/lift and so not suitable for aged people, room service is limited, breakfast is served at the restaurant below from 8:00 am to 9:30 am and dinner from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Staff is courteous and helpful, particularly jawed is a very good guy who helped us a lot all through out our stay.
