The overall stay was good. Clean rooms nice location. They don't drinking water.

Rooms were not clean. all the charging sockets were broken. It was so bad that I vacated the hotel in 15 minutes and booked another one. Bad experience

Very horrible, night power cut, no light, no fan, no ac, no vantilation. My guest was aged and fall ill due to powercut. No arrangement made to change room, emergency light and full night not able to sleep. We are going to claim full refund else will fight in consumer forum.

T v not working due to not recharge

The rooms were moldy, there was no one picked our calls at the reception, we did not even have soap in our rooms. All of this was still okay, but the staff was so rude, they were borderline abusive. They were so very uncooperative. We didn't feel like paying guests, we felt like sheltered refugees who should have been grateful to end up there!

The parking is not there in the hotel. The room condition is not good. The accessories of the are broken. The rooms sheets are not clean and so dusty.
