For a solo traveler room is satisfactory but kind of dirty and bed sheets were also not properly washed.

Good Stay
The owner was really a genuine and good person he helped us a lot, the rates were high owing to the coldplay's concert however, it was still affordable compared to other hotels, rooms need a little improvement but overall they were good since it's a budget hotel you cannot expect more. Good for 1 or 2 nights stay.

A NON-FAMILY HOTE
यह होटल परिवार के रहने के लिए बिलकुल नहीं है। गन्दे कमरे, पूरी तरह से अनहाईजैनिक टॉयलेट, कई कमरों में ही लोग खाना बना रहे थे। मेरे द्वारा दो रूम बुक गये थे जिनको मौके की स्थिति देखकर स्टे नहीं किया गया तथा आर्थिक नुकसान उठाना पड़ा। यह आवास केवल दिहाड़ी मजदूरों के लिए ही हो सकता है।

ये बिलकुल गलत है आप को तीन दिन पहले ही होटल द्वारा फ़ोन किया गया था. आप ने जो जो सवाल किये उसके सब जवाब दिए गए, आप से होटल द्वारा ये भी कहा गया था आप संतुष्ट नहीं हो तो बुकिंग कैंसल करवा सकते हो, पर आप ने ना ही बुकिंग कैंसल की और ना ही आप होटल मे आये फिर आप होटल के बारे मे ये राय कैसे दे सकते है.

Station to hotel is near by location, room is good, ac, heater working fine. But restroom is very bad. Need some maintenance

There is no provision of kitchen in hotels what staff has arrange the food as per your requirement
Hotel new esquire have to do the work on safety. Like room cleaning, sanitization etc

Good management
soloIt is not a star rated hotel by any means. But it has a positive vibe. It serves the purpose as it is located in the heart of the business district of Mirzapur and it is located right opposite to the famous jali's. There is a local restaurant right across the road that serves every non veg barbecue ever conceived. Fist tikka is a must have from there. But stay away from any mutton dish.

Dear sir, you stayed for two days, you didn't informed us on reception that the room was not clean so how can be it our fault.
There was no locker for luggage, bed quality was average.

Dear Sir, you arrived late midnight at 1:00 am and checkout early morning at 5:00 am and didn't even fresh up woke and left, so we didn't understand your review.
Terrible stay
Drastically dirty place with a lot of insects. There was no AC working. Washroom was also worst. I would never recommend someone to stay there.

Dear mam, your booking was of non-ac room for 3 members but you arrive with an extra person, and you demanded for 4 members' room and we showed you rooms and you choose according to it. When your booking itself was of non-ac room so how can you say that the ac was not working as your booking wasn't of it. So we can't understand what you have written in this review.

Dear sir, you came to our hotel with a lady who didn't carried her id, the only id was of yours. We denied you to provide room without id so you started an argument which last for 15 minutes, and left as we didn't provide room. So if you didn't stayed in hotel so you have wrote this review in anger.
