Everything is great except location but still it's okay...3/4 rating for location

Nice stay. Staff was very courteous. Food was homely. Service excellent. Location good. Amenities excellent

I would rate my overall experience as avg. Good part is room and washroom size are good enough. Cleanliness is good. Bad part is you will have limited option for food. Since this is very small hotel approx 8 rooms so they don't run a proper kitchen. You have to tell them in advance what you want to eat then they will prepare with very limited options. Though quality of food is good. In the surrounding of 1 km. You wouldn't get much option for food joints or good restaurant.

Service must be improved

Normal hotel. Location of hotel is far from mall road. Hotel facilities are quite well. My experience is this hotel is good.

now i am looking for manali hotel 2 rooms for 4 adults and 3 kids of 12 years. 24th and 25th nights. maintenance is not good, example - after we went they started cleaning..dinesh cook food preparation is very good… overall okay

As i checked in in midnight there was no room service available. Its my recommendation room service must be 24*7.

1. 5 km for mall road, you can easily walk.

I was provided a different food menu and the bill was prepared from a different menu which was extremely expensive for a hotel of such quality. They made a bill of 2000 bucks for one-time dinner, 4 coffees, 2 sandwiches.

Guys please book good hotel, near to government yaroos mall road 2km from it

Great Hotel easily available cooperative staff

I stayed at this hotel for exam purpose. The best thing was, it was next to my exam centre. My stay was quite comfortable and all the staff was very cordial specially Mr. Rajesh Bhatia. I would love to stay again at this place. The only thing which I felt negative is the location little far away from market. Thus one has to walk a mile or two to reach any shop etc. Rest all were good.
