The hotel was in the best location in the city. Rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Right next was one of the best pure vegetarian restaurant with even better staff. Thank you Sonia Sridhar

Poor Stay
I would like to bring to your attention that my stay at the hotel has been very disappointing. The room provided was not good, and the service was also poor. Breakfast was not provided for two days, and the bathroom was in very bad condition. Additionally, when I arrived at the hotel at 7 AM, the staff did not assist me and only allowed check-in at 3 PM. Kindly look into this matter and let me know what action will be taken to address these issues.

Excellent Stay
Terrific location, almost right opposite the Egmore railway station. Spacious room, which is rare nowadays, 24-hr supply of good water, a quite helpful front desk. Will definitely return.

Average Stay
The location is very good. It's near to Eggmore rly station, Metro rail, some good eateries, near to Sankara Nethralaya, US embassy etc. However, the reception ambience needs improvement, hotel staff needs to be smart and multi ligual, toilet needs exhaust fan etc. @ 3000/- per night these improvements are expected. Dear Mr.Praveen, We regret that you did not have a comfortable stay. However, we have not mentioned that any of the facilities that you have mentioned is available. We do not have a restaurant so room service is not mentioned, also we are in projects and hence WIFI is under process, and that also is not mentioned as available in the facilities and so is laundry.
