Very clean and well kept service apartment. Service wasnt needed by us too much so i cannot rate that but whenever we needed anything it was provided on time

They don't have a simple check in policy, i came to the hotel then they said that you have 12pm check in

All good except food . I stayed for 3 days and they served same items all 3 days

They were asking for 1 day extra money to check in early Second bathroom was smelling very bad Breakfast was average Most importantly, they won't able to give complimentary water bottle So overall is very horrible! Make my trip you need to take care of it to serve better to your valued customers

Hotel room was decent enough. Neat & Clean. Bathroom was spacious. Running hot & cold water 24x7 . Mitsubishi AC was noiseless & for a moment, I thought, AC was not working but room got chilled within a few minutes. High speed Free WiFi was good. Had a spacious car parking. Breakfast was ok but menu was same for both the days. They didn't serve Mineral water as claimed, while booking. they gave filtered water. iron box was missing. they were asking us to check out at 11am instead of 12 noon committed . Room was well maintained. Staff was very courteous. I would recommend this accommodation to my friends....

It was a pleasant experience to remain in Season 4. When I booked, I was worried about to stay with family in this hotel, but once I arrived and saw the ambiance, I felt at ease. Staff also very polite and humble. I will recommend this stay who are looking for stay in Thiruvanmiyur.

It's decent for a 1-2 day stay. Good location. Calm and peaceful cleanliness can be better towels, bed sheets and bed all seem pretty old.

The location was convenient, and the food was decent, though nothing extraordinary. The amenities and services were adequate, with polite staff and basic comforts. However, the blanket was uncomfortable and too old, and the washroom was disappointing. It lacked cleanliness, had weak water filtration, and felt outdated. While the overall stay was average, these issues with comfort and cleanliness need attention.

cleanliness and housekeeping is the main villain here. cockroaches and unclean bed linen were totally unacceptable. the place and location is in line with expectations. complementary breakfast is not time-bound, so ur early morning plans if any can get derailed. breakfast is sourced form outside hotels which mostly is the reason it's delayed.

The location was convenient for us. Checkin and formalities were smooth. The room was in line with expectations, but cleanliness wasn't. Bathrooms infested with cockroaches. Beds were hard to sleep in and linens were old and torn. The breakfast timings were not adhered to so we had to skip wait during our stay. It would be better to get a chef to prepare it in house rather than bring it from outside hotels. Staff were courteous and responsive.
