very terrible experience, room are very small, AC is not working, they shift my mother father in another property at 12.30 AM MIDNIGHT, NOT RECOMMENDALBE TO ANYON

Location is good & near to apollo hospital & Jasola metra station.. Facilitates were also satisfactory but staff was Really very helpfull.. Room service was so good.. All together It was a comfortable stay

Better to sleep on the platform than staying here
A terrible stay in the hotel, slept with bugs. Impolite and irrespective support staff. The hotel location is too pathetic where you don't get cabs from this location & you need to depend on the hotel to arrange cabs where they'll drive super slow in less than 10 kmph in free roads.

बहुत ही गंदा होटल है । पूरे होटल में धूल है न ही खाने की कोई व्यवस्था है। बाथरूम बहुत गंदा है।
पूरा होटल धूल मिट्टी से भरा। एक भी साफ सफाई नहीं है । बेड सीट पिलो कवर से लेकर बाथरूम तक सब कुछ गंदा है। होटल में अजीव टाइप की बदबू है। होटल का एसी भी खराब है। होटल में चाय पानी खान की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है।

The worst place i ever seen in my life this very unhygienic place and there some bad things is going to happen over there this property even sugges for family that is very very bad by them after went over the property we come under any another bad area where no sense and no safety is there so please make this review and do further action

Very old damaged horrible property, never recommend.
Very old property, zero maintenance, no windows in room, low oxygen, only two staff available for all services, dirty smell, all amenities damaged, even bed also damage, bathroom fitings totally horrible.

Bad
Bed is not clean, bedbugs present. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, even a cup of tea is brought from a nearby restaurant. Rooms are not furnished well at all.

Terrible Stay
The hotel that i booked proved me i had made the worst decision so far. Extremely ignorant behaviour, so rude response, at the same time worst service i had till date shame on you here after i will not book that's a promise. i will never recommend that hotel to anyone nor i will tell others to book. Shame on you you guys are money maker who only knows how to exploit the interest of your customer in name of providing good service and charging hefty money
