Review Of Hotel Konark DX @ New Delhi Railway Station

Bad experience, bad behavior, low class, low service, given photo of room of the hotel in make my trip does not match with real room, small area of bathroom where to do toilet and where to bath. With no reason taken extra one day money.

I did check out before 12 pm today. So that's why i did request to hotel staff please give me permission to check in before few hours. They didn't allow to check in normal way. They did charges us 200rs extra. It's not good policy.

Rooms were not good as showed in images. TV and geyser didn't work properly as we have to suffer from un bath travel-ling.

Hotel pictures on site is just opposite to reality. They buy your food from outside and sell don’t even provide crockery and bathroom and rooms are pathetic smells hell.

It was great to stay hare with affordable budget. I will like to come again here if any occasion occur in delhi in nearby good

I have booked family room but same was very small as compare to pictures shown during booking. May be they loaded wrong pictures. Cleaning was not good, wash room was very small. We left the hotel at 8:30 pm. Make my trip also should insure that, which facilities they claiming must be at place.

I booked for 4 days from MMT with help of photos but when I arrived, I left hotel in few hours by seeing dirty rooms, unhygienic washrooms, you treat locality, poor services. Rooms are so dirty and small that even you do not like to stay in room. Bedsheet, pillow, towel are terrible and horrible.

Very bad service dirty wash room dirty bedroom staff is not good you can't stay there unhygienic room unhygienic wash room unhygienic hotels. Please don't waste money.

Room was ok. Television was in working condition. Washroom is small. Not best for family. Solo travelers could stay for a night or two in budget.

Room service is very bad, no towel and bed-sheets not given on time, 2 days we received towel after several calls. Towel torn condition, pillow cover and bed-sheets not clean.

It was really terrible to choose this hotel for my two days stay. Nothing is good here including the behavior of hotel staff. No one is responsible person here specially the hotel manager. I think MMT should remove this hotel from their hotel list. So poor service and experience to stay here. I will never visit this hotel again.

It was a good hotel. Everything was fine but landline facility was not good. It is a very good location. Service was average.

Location wise good but experience with hotel was poor. No service no food provided as it was written while booking that breakfast is included.
