Poor Stay
Room quality very poor and food price very high. Cockroaches are every where. As per room rent they not provide a good service. Not provide package drinking water too. Rooms are fully damped.

Excellent Stay
The food and service was fabulous and truly deserve appreciation. Rooms were tidy and clean. Only the toilets are required to be upgraded. However, as submitted by hotel management, they have scheduled for a month long renovation in October, when the toilets will be upgraded. Overall rating is excellent.

Good Stay
The food quality is excellent, every dish is tasty and delicious, however Some dishes are overpriced (kids' meals). Every staff member is well behaved and polite. The hotel rooms need to be repaired and painted. The outside of the hotel looks good but the inside is not.

Thank you for your services. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding the room. The quality of the bedsheets and blankets could be improved, as they were not up to expectations. While it's appreciated that the room had a window AC, the overall condition of the room was not very satisfactory. I hope these aspects can be looked into for a better guest experience in the future.
