Review Of Hotel Hindustan International Bhubaneswar (HHI)

The hotel has polite and helpful staff. The rooms are peaceful. Food was good, especially the breakfast buffet with a variety of delicious options. The pool is beautiful and cleanliness is well maintained. Had a nice stay at this convenient location 15 mins from the airport.

I have requested so many times to subscribe sports channel for asia cup but they assured me every time but didn't provide this sports channel. Bad experience

Property is old and not maintained properly. DEleete rooms category has pathetic window view and worst of all is their service, it is slow and lazy. Mirrors in the room are old and dirty. It is not at all 4 star hotel. Location and food are the only thing which were Okay there

Room allotted initially was 326, it had extreme moldy smell, mold was spewing out from AC grill. First experience killed our zeal. Hotel needs extensive repair and maintenance. the floor of the room was wavy. there are seepages all across the lobby area. certain lights were not working

It was an excellent stay at your hotel. Though it was just for a day, I truly enjoyed the experience. I have one request — I accidentally left behind my half pants in the room. I would be grateful if you could kindly send it I shall be highly obliged if you could arrange to send it at your earliest convenience.

It was a Pathetic experience in this hotel Till date i have visited so many hotels but worst service trophy goes We are on a trip to hyderabad and puri and booked three hotels in entire trip but this is worst hotel First at the time of check in they are not aware about our hotel booking and asked us to show booking voucher…. Then in my mind clicked to ask whether hot water is available in washroom for bath n all for 24 hours or not as we are tired and needed a bath and they informed that it is not available 24 hour so we requested them to provide the same now and also requested them to provide hot water in washroon next day at 4 am as we have a flight to delhi and we need to checkout at 5am but at 4 am hot water is not available and we called on reception to provide the same and they said that they had ON the hot water and will be available in 10-15 minutes We waited but it is not available till 5 am and we have to checkout from hotel without having bath Also to inform here that when we woke up in morning and goes towarfs bathroom we just saved from slipping coj there was AC leakage of water They said that they have provided us upgraded room of royal instead of deluxe room but that room not either matching the status of deluxe too There house keeping service is also late If we require anything is available in minimum 30 minutes We have ordered snacks in evening but even after 45 minutes it is not provided and after enquiry they told us that kitchen was busy thats y our order got late. Surprisingly for whom kitchen was busy if food os not delivering on time to us After this incident we assure ourselves

1. The place where bus took the stop for dinner it was very poor and unhygienic. 2. ⁠Lights were not working. 3. ⁠There was no proper place to keep the footwear’s. 4. ⁠There should be a screen for watching movies/entertainment.

Cleaning staff opens the doors without knocking the door ringing the bell. Late room service and force to take the food after delayed delivery. They dint inform about the time for delivery of food. They have taken the payment before leaving and its been a week now and still I haven’t received the bills or invoice for the paid amount. They have promised that the same will be sent on next day and even they are not taking calls.
