Review Of Hotel Grace

My experience at this hotel was terrible. The pillow covers were dirty, the blanket was torn, and only one was provided for a two-seater room. There was no dustbin, many mosquitoes, and a faulty jet spray in the toilet. Overall, the cleanliness and service were very poor.

Staff was very good Neeti and clean food also good and location easy to excess I strongly recomto everyone The hotel was good clean and comfortable if you are looking for in budget cheap stay. We faced lil problem about hygiene. THE staff is welcoming and friendly. Food was ok ok

No dustbin. All dusty. Garbage from previous occupancy not cleaned. Toilet not clean. No tv as promised.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful rooms were immaculate and very comfortable and breakfast was delicious the location was convenient service was excellent. Last one food was good and great value for money

The room was in terrible condition, and I wouldn’t even stay there for a single night. I checked out the same day at 8 PM. The cleanliness was appalling; the room was filthy, and the bedsheets looked disgusting. To make matters worse, the cushion cover was torn.

The hotel have few issue, i mean they don't have hot water facility and floor mate is dirty and torned, so need improvement.

Believe everything you read about this charming hotel. We so enjoyed our stay there and i hope to return. The location is perfect, our suite (they upgraded us) was lovely and we had a terrace! wow. The staff is wonderfully patient and helpful (don't think any of them ever sleep. Wish i could of stayed longer - next time

Rooms are clean but bathroom is small and not comfortable and also not clean. Although behavior of the staff was very good.
