THANK YOU SIR FOR YOUR REVIEW FIRST OF ALL YOUR BOOKING IS FROM 22 ND OF OCTOBER TILL 25 TH OCTOBER BUT AFTER YOUR REQUEST RAISED TO MAKE MY TRIP YOUR ACCOMODATION HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 25TH OCT TO 28 TH OCTOBER THEN YOU CAME ON 24TH OCTOBER THEN ALSO WE HAVE PROVIDED YOU THE ROOM AND AFTER THAT YOU BRING A CALL GIRL WITH YOU ON 1ST DAY AND AFTER FIRST DAY YOU BRING YOUR FRIEND TO STAY IN THE SAME ROOM WHICH ALSO WE HAVE ALLOWED NOW YOU ARE SAYING THAT ROOM SERVICE IS NOT GOOD AND BED SIZE IS NOT SUFFICIENT BUT IT IS ALREADY MENTIONED THAT BED SIZE IS ( 6X 6 ) AND WE HAVE PROVIDED THE SAME YOU HAVE MISBEHAVED WITH STAFF AFTER DRINKING AND TREAT THEM AS YOUR SLAVES THEN ALSO YOU SAY SERVICE IS NOT GOOD , GOD SAVE US FROM YOUR TYPE OF GUEST

Terrible Stay
1) Entire room filled with full off dust, very bad room service, they even cleaned the dust before issuing, after complaint also no response, Geasure is not working , no hot water after complaint also no response, AC not working properly, cell phone charging points not working, even water also not coming sufficiently in washroom, no cleaning in bathroom , full of dust . they are not in a position to serve pure drinking water. we checked in about 9 o clock in the evening , and after requesting also, they didn't wait 10 min more after 11 am to check out....doing Jabardasti to vacate... just for 10 minutes more..... after complainting also they don't issue in a clren bed sheets entire bed sheet is full of gust

Thank you sir for review as per your booking it is of double bed then also we have provided you four bed room without any extra charge and as you complaint about dust we have cleaned your room twice and new ac was installed three months before and geyser is installed 1 month before your check in but if you dont know how to operate ac and geyser that is not our fault you have not taken even a tea from hotel and bringing everything from outside and you have vacated the room at 11:30 after your request we have provided you half an hour extra the also you are blaming us we can prove that you have vacated the room at 11: 30 and we have also changed all bed sheet and pillow cover as per your request then also you are not satisfied , Its our fault that we have provided a family room against the booking of deluxe single bed room so guest like you teach us that dont help the customers but our business is of hospitality so we are liable to serve our customers the best we have

The room as well as the bathroom was very small compared to the images they displayed. The room was infested with rats. The road in front of the hotel was undergoing construction as well. No provision for food as the canteen was closed. The bedsheets weren't clean. The taps were not working properly, leaking from here and there. It was absolute chaos. All over wouldn't go again.

Thankyou sir for review can you explain how the room is small because the size of room is mentioned in make my trip and if metro work is going in front of my property then also its my mistake and due to dust of metro work we have kept our canteen closed to keep our guest hygienic No leakage was there in rooms the taps are working property and you have broken the tap and blaming that there is leakage and not working properly in front of you we have called the plumber he shows you that after your mishandling it is not working properly then also we have not charged any thing extra from you that's our nature and now you can understand what is your nature

This is super close to station. The staffs are super courteous and helpful. First - there’s no lift in the property. Second - the washroom and bedroom has sub-par fittings, dirty bed sheets, non-functional WiFi, gloomy lights. Third - the roads are dug all around for metro work, cars or auto won’t reach there. The price point is unjustified and I won’t go here again.

Thankyou Sir for your review but as you say we dont have lift for that we have already mentioned that my property is stairs accessible Secondly you are saying about the work done by government of metro can any one do anything in that and till today also cars and auto is reaching to my property Third if my room is dirty did you complaint to my manager if he has not responded to you then only you can say that The whole thing is that in lesser money you need more facilities what you have paid for a family room its only 1500/- and you need the facilities of 5 star hotels Sorry sir but our hotel is budget class hotel so next time i request you not to book a budget class hotel anywhere because that hotel will you fulfill your requirements So you always go to star property
