The hotel owner and staff both were very rude. The cleanliness of hotel was terrible. First They say something and after that they deny... They charge extra for everything. They loots money. I've already paid for the room and they are saying that you have to pay the tax charges.. when I showed them the payment with tax then only they stopped... if someone doesn't know about this they will definitely charge them extra..the room was not as expected it was really disappointed journey...don't book room from this hotel

unprofessional behavior and poor service we experienced during our recent stay at the said hotel in Agra. Upon arrival, the hotel staff initially refused to provide us rooms, despite our confirmed booking for two AC rooms and one non-AC room. After wasting considerable time and energy, they said that only one non-AC room was available. When we mentioned that we would escalate the matterthey shifted all four of us into a single room, and later claimed that four guests cannot stay in one room After nearly five hours of delay, they finally allotted two rooms — one with a non-functional AC, and the other with a window AC unit covered with a curtain that could easily be removed from outside, The staff seemed more interested in the room prices rather than guest satisfaction. When we mentioned a higher price , they immediately allowed us to check in, which clearly indicated that their intention was to extract extra money or resell rooms at higher prices. Due to this unpleasant experience, we decided to check out early at 7:00 AM the next morning. They didn't offer for breakfast which was complementary. This incident not only caused great inconvenience to my family but also left us with a negative impression of Agra as a travel destination. I request you to kindly look into the matter, take strict action against the hotel, and ensure such incidents do not happen to other travelers in the future. Thank you for your attention.

we found this hotel on make my trip apps, it's exactly like what is shown in the pictures, very good behaviour of satish vai, food we ordered was really good, overall its best.

The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, which gave a very poor first impression. Although breakfast was included in the booking, it was not provided during my stay. Additionally, basic amenities such as soap, handwash, towel, and even drinking water were missing. I had to purchase a bottle of water separately, and was charged ₹30, despite the same bottle being available outside for ₹20. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations in terms of hygiene, service, or value. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the quality of accommodation and hospitality for future guests.

Room cleaness is good. AC condition and response from people are good. The irritating part is poor maintenance of restroom and mosquito disturbance.

The worst property I ever stayed at thru MMT staff's behaviour was horrible requesting MMT to remove this property from your portal

Stay was not very comfortable. Gyeser was not working properly, food was not very satisfactory, and was delivered very late. For 2 persons only 1 towel was given. So, overall not very satisfactory.

I did not get proper staying facility from mmt. Even i had booked hotel with breakfast but i did not get a cup of team in the morning and now its a long waiting tine in breakfast. I asked hotel staff to provide breakfast early in the morning so that we can step-out to visit tajmahel.

**terrible stay - overcharged for a non-ac room, no breakfast, and dirty washroom** i had a highly disappointing stay at this property. despite booking a non-ac room, i was charged extra without any valid reason. on top of that, the breakfast that was promised was not provided, which added to the frustration. the worst part was the state of the washroom—it was dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned or maintained. this made the stay extremely uncomfortable. overall, this experience was far from satisfactory. i would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

staff dont co operate with u..worst experience...i have booked a family room with 2 king size bads...bad quality of rooms..ac is not working.. geazer is not working.. water pressure is very low and also bad in taste... worst hotel..dont go there

The staff behavior is good. But the family room is too small. We booked one family room and one delux double bed room there is no almira, mirror and hangars for clothes hanging. No ventilation for booking on non ac room. Other wise clean room. Room service is good. And the top view of taj mahal is awesome from the roof top. The hotel menu tarriff are very expensive. Plain boil dal rs 180.

Good hotel clean rooms and good staff. Also the price is affordable. Comfortable bed and balcony view.
