Taj Homestay is very good and very familiar with customer food and breakfast is very delicious. Mr. Faiz is a very informative person; he told about the Agra famous places guiding. Overall this is the very best place; you all please come.

It was a wonderful experience It was just as like staying in at home, owner were very generous people they even helped us in figuring out local places

The host was extremely rude and discriminatory. In the booking specified that the room comes with amenities such as heater, refrigerator etc. It was freezing cold in Agra in the winter, at least the night I stayed there. So I ask for a heater. The host did not want to provide . Those amenities are for foreigners. Indians do not get those. This type discriminatory statements pissed me off. I asked for an extra blanket which he agreed to give. The room came with minimum amenities. The room looked nice and clean.

We stayed in a family room. Excellent service by the team. Clean and well maintained rooms & washrooms. Tv is not connected. Homely food tastes good.

Nice behaviour by the hotel owner and clear discussion with customers. No hide-and-seek. Best of luck

I booked a typical 1 day stay to visit the taj mahal. We are from london uk. We left in the morning at around 7am and came back around 11am. We noticed our loss just as we were to leave for delhi around 12pm we notified the reception who were very sympathetic and were happy to look at cctv for us. But unfortunately we had to leave to catch our train, so had no time to view the footage. However the owners when informed of the theft were extremely rude, called us names and even belligerent, as if we were accusing them personally. Personally, i'm more unhappy about the owners behaviour than the theft. I will never forget how rude the owners was for the rest of my life. I wish we had time to view the cctv footage

The location of place was just at start of local neighborhood which was no way close to any posh locality. . As soon as we entered the room we were welcomed by platoon of mosquitoes welcomed us. Though faiz who is known for his hospitality and accommodating nature was swift enough to put mosquito spray and cleared the room. Cleanliness ws also not upto the mark. Holes in bed sheet, loose hinged bathroom door and leaking washing basin drainage faucet etc. Only thing we went for cheap stay and close by proximity to tajmahl, worked for us rest was okay okay experience. There is stringent policy of check out at 10. 30 am, but faiz was kind enough to allow us to be comfortable in the reception lounge area.

This is a home stay only. Location is not good. Rooms are big. Only good for stay, cannot enjoy surroundings. Room services not available and we need to come down and ring bell in case we need anything. Food charges are high. I don’t recommend this home stay if you are looking for a family entertainment. You can just stay and go.

Amazing experience and nice place to stay in. With all comforts and amenities. Calm environment around and very clean place. The reception is very friendly and helping.

Good location nearby taj. Owner had good helping nature, home cooked food was ok, parking on road, nice place to stay.

Room is very beautiful big and clean close to tajmahal and agra fort both are walking distance less than 1 km host is very friendly he run this property since 10 year's it's new experience for me than hotel or better than hotel

We stayed there for two nights property is good but location is little bit not good. Host is also good he supports u in every way one thing keep in mind they are not professional so if u wants dinner at property then u should order it before 9

The entire property is struggling against seepage issues and you can feel the smell as you enter the room. Cleaning was average. Electronic devices mainly tv wasn't working connected. Very poor mobile n/w coverage and wifi strength was low. No toiletries, so you shall carry every thing with you. Food wasn't part of the package but you will have to buy the drinks water also. Locality is not very clean and no parking space, just relying on space on street. Overall not a great experience, but since it was pure paid with no refund option so had to spend my night there.

Quilts were torn and had food stains. Only one water bottle was provided for a group of 4 people.

Stayed for one night. Room is clean & good. Only suggestion would be to have the necessary essentials like toiletries etc. In the room
