Review Of Hotel Gopal

He has taken Extra amount of Rs 1000 for just to provide the place and fecilities till check in time , this is horrible please ask him to pay back or collect from him

Didn't enjoy it at allThe experience of the whole group was not good

As per price room size was ok. but very poor service.

Staff not good and other sarvice also not good my advice other people don't visit in this hotal.

Location is good, near to Taj Mahal.

I was visited with my family members(6 adults + 1 children ) on October-2019. Due to train late in have arrived at Agra fort station at about 9.30 pm. From the hotel, they have arranged a car with a behaved driver. They also take all responsibility to arrange car for next two days plan to visit Agra and surroundings with very reasonable price.

We have very bad experience in hotel, they have not provided drinking water even after many reminder they forced to purchase water bottle only, even they have not provided water glass in room, No hand wash soap No towel We have decided we will not book any hotel in future through your site

Good hotel with great facility. Great location. Taj Hal is at a walking distance. Food is good and valuable with great hospitality. And all the restaurant and shops are at walking distance. And whole is value for money.

I got room no 101 which is just in front of reception. @ They(receptionist) were talking and dealing with customer late night. Due to noise I could not sleep well ... Room was not clean .. Tv was not work ... Even they have charged 30 rs for one simple bottle of water ..

Hotel is located around 1. 9 km from Jamaal. Hotel staff was good they allowed us to check in before 3 hrs of check-in time. Their check-in time is flexible. Room are clean but not spacious. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. You can order food from your room but price is expensive. Hotel is surrounded by various shops, you can eat and buy daily stuffs from there.
