Im from a corporate company. Ive been stayinh here since 5 years. Its best suited for corporate people. Great food and best location.

location was good. I didn't try their food. Everyone was super polite, it felt safe throughout my stay. Bathroom could have been better but it was good any way.

The room was properly clean and staff is really polite. Everything is up to the the mark. I’m fully satisfied. Bed sheets were brand new and air conditioner was new. Food is yum too

Terrible experience, i reached there by 7 and they did not allow me early check in, instead they took 600 from me and did not give me gst bill. They charge 300 for breakfast and you can have only one item which you will be served in your room. Don't stay in this hotel

The hotel is situated in the Karol Bagh market. Hotel room size is OK, not so clean. washroom is ok. overall its OK

All the facilities were there. Neat room, tv, refrigerator, and other amenities definitely will recommend

Surely not a beauty, and surely not the most welcoming neighbourhood; but we found the hotel decently clean, and the personnel very attentive to our needs. In particular, our flight was late, but they were so kind as to wait us and check us in at 1:30am. Food (and breakfast) were very tasty, and the location is actually optimal, with a metro station 5 minutes away. Overall, i recommend this place and i would choose it again.

as we had a really very bad experience and really our two days stay along with breakfast all money have gone in vain.We were 6 in total along with parents who r both 75 plus senior citizen. We had booked 2 executive rooms with breakfast included and extra bed but when we reached the hotel the manager directly told us that your booking is cancelled But on fighting with them they agreed to give us one room by 1:00 pm and the other they told will be ready by evening 6:00pm.But the room that they provided had terrible leakage from the bathroom, all water from bathroom was coming out in the living area.We didn't get hot water for bath that day.Our whole schedule for that day went in vain.By 6:00pm also they were not able to give us the 2nd room for that also we had to fight again. In both rooms ac were not working at night,we had to sleep without ac.For breakfast also Bournvita milk for children was not included,they charged us extra for that.And since the next day we had to leave by 5:00am we had to skip that breakfast also as kitchen staff duty starts at 7:00am. if hotel rooms are not available at the check in time than please don't take that bookings.Really were all in a very bad mood as all our scheduled plan were getting cancelled. I would like to suggest please don't ever book in this hotel.Only plus point of the hotel is its near market place and has bigger rooms ,but that doesn't make sense if the hotel is not looking into such other things that customer will value for. I will put this hotel in C grade category.

Just an average hotel. Rooms not so properly cleaned, 24hrs hot water not available, only in morning it is available. Electric kettle and tea coffee set not there in room. Room service is also not so prompt.

Property location was not good enough as per the fees are concerned. As and when i entered the room the hand flash of the toilet was not in working conditions as well as there was nothing for hot water as i want it tremendously because i travel-led with my daughter, so overall conditions is that never even look after that hotel even in any booking apps shows it immediately delete that app or apps
