Poor stay at BKC GRAND hotel
poor expeience at BKC GRAND hotel, The location and surrounding of this hotel is Horrible. Garbage Everywhere, lots of garbage bags at hotel entrance, stair case and all around. the hotel staff seema co operative verbaly, but actually the are not....They were not able to provide a hot water cattle during the stay of 3 night and 4 days. There was notice from Govt at lift entry showing a pending tax 30cr + they are just earning earning earning that's all but no facility provided to customers. no breakfast, no shampoo even not a glass to drink water restaurent menu rates are like five star hotel but the quality and quantity is not matching with prices. Surrounding environment was horrible, everywhere garbaze. it's like a hell

Excellent Stay n Foo
Location is near only 5 min away from US Consulate and Food is verry Good.. Breakfast was unlimited and very Tasty also Service staff was Good .

Manager alloted very small and unacceptable room because we not booked directly. I approached for booking directly but I booked the room through the make my trip

Hotel was okay but the locatuo where the hotel was situated was not that good enough and rooms were too small !!

Good Stay
The stay was good. The room and bathroom were clean. AC and Geyser were working. The staff were helpful with ordering breakfast. They also allowed me to check in around 9am for a fee. Overall a good place to crash for a night if you are here for visa purposes. There are plenty of ola/uber options if you are looking for a ride to the consulate. Would definitely plan to stay here in the future.

Did not stay at the hotel. Need refund
As we checked in, the hotel did not have ventilation. The AC wasn’t working. The hotel had some kind of weird smell. Because we had landed to Mumbai very late, we had to spend the night there. As soon as it was morning 8am we checked out. Stayed there for only 4 hours. We have contacted the hotel for cancellation and refund, they asked to connect with make my trip. I have been chasing you guys since 21st march and today your representative calls me and tells me they can’t refund and spoke rudely to me. I want at least partial refund. I will be putting this up on social media

The stay was terrible and pathetic. There are cockroaches inside the washroom. No proper staff available.

We entered to the reception for check in and they told that give him extra mattress and i told that i have booked 1 extra bed though they didn’t listen to me and the room service was not good and too much of air freshness was smelled it wasn’t a room like seen in make my trip

Not worthy for money
Room is very small and they have mentioned as deluxe double room and only one person it can accommodate freely. Bad experience. Waste of money so-ending 2299 rupees on this hotel

Worth the money!
The rooms were above avg. Good clean restroom. Closer to us embassy. However, the locality / neighbourhood is pathetic.

Bad experience
Location is very bad. It is substandard. No electric kettle in the room, no restaurant ( they deliver in room from outside maybe, lift not working. Did not get any bill from them
