Location is very convenient and area is nice to stay.

The room was not worth the money. Paid for a room that had badly painted walls with mould. The room was overall badly maintained.

Stay was good, Mr. Azam at front desk was very helpful and supportive. Rest the stay was comfortable.

Location was ok. Food was good. Room and services were not upto expectation. The main door was locked and staffs were sleeping till 7. 30 am.

Average rooms are broken bathroom gates no water in the shower for the bath.

Even after booking confirmed, they respond that rooms are all booked. My emergency is i'm travel-ling with a patient that's why it seems so irresponsible from mm t side

There was no stay, the hotel informed us that they are fully booked and cannot help up, despite having a confirmed booking. Make my trip did not help either, i am still to receive my refund because my stay was cancel-led by the hotel. I had to book another hotel in lieu of this.

Staff and manager is very rudely behavior with. The customer. Not given early check in hotel not given single bed room

This is a shady road side bar cum hotel. More of a bar. Less of a hotel. Has room only on the first floor. Only stairs. About 45 to 50 stairs leading to the first floor. No intercom to connect you to the reception or pantry or laundry. The receptionist does not bother to tell you this. It is the customers duty to ask for the number of the receptionist or the waiter should he need morning tea. There is no breakfast to order in the room or perhaps the cafeteria ( bar all through out the day except early morninig ). Did not get breakfast during a single day of stay. Forget the buffet being laid. When i pushed the recptionist for a breakfast as per the booking voucher, the receptionist cum cook come guard offered to make poha, which i declined looking at his shabbiness. The room keeping does not believe in changing towels every day. Horrible stay.

I stayed on 23 july to 25 july cleaness iszero magment is zero stay over there is very relax they don't put any efforts for customer

Property location not good and staff not available in reception desk, i am booking two days but checkout in one day.

Room is very cleaned and services is much better, washroom is also clean, overall services are very good

They charged us extra 1500, saying that my sister will not be allowed to stay since she is a female

The reception staff was little bit harsh one of my female frd came to my room for only 10 min max. They was like non married couple not allowed not allowed calling us in room and it was much harssh

Quite a good option for business travelers, clean rooms of good size & quick room service, also liked the behaviour of all their personnel

Ac-was not working, informed, but nobody turned up for i hour. Personally went down to the receptionist, thereafter it was attended. Instead of door mat, old towel was placed outside the bathroom. Check out time was 10:am for booking, whereas for other customers it was 11:00am.

The hotel was nice and clean, near the velle parle station, food also nice i stayed here for a day and extended it for 6 hours.

Ac was not working no lift facilities services time not working 24 hour no centre table in room for dinner

Location is very good just beside vile parle station. Good for solo travel for work. Staff are nice. Just remind them to turn on the water supply. They keep it turned off when the room is not occupied
