In the hotel room the washrooms were not cleaned and AC was not working then they shifted in some other room again same issue came and we suffered alot due to cleanliness and AC room issues. There services were not good at all.

The location is good, and the staff is helpful, but no breakfast options. Also need room renovation. Tv was not working and after complaint no action taken till checkout. However, i can think about visiting again as the location is good enough

My stay at the hotel was generally good, but there were several issues with the room that need attention. While flushing, i accidentally touched the toilet seat cover, and it fell onto my feet, remaining on the bathroom floor for two nights. The room itself was in need of renovation. For 4k per night, i expected a much better experience. In addition, other parts of the room also require renovation. The lock on the door was not functioning properly; i had to call for help to lock it, and even from the inside, it wasn't working. I had to push and force the door to align the lock in order to secure it. Please consider renovating the room and addressing these issues to improve the overall quality of the stay

Location is very nice. But lots of issues with the infrastructure. Locks get jammed, water supplies get stopped. Whole night, you can hear the disturbance. Though staff is good and helpful, even they cant do anything as the property is on lease. And no effort is made to improve the infrastructure.

Plus point is location, everything is within. Rooms need maintainence, no in house kitchen

Good part near to market. Bad part room was not cleaned. No option to prepare tea. Thier kitchen start at8:45 so you will not get anything before. No room cleaning only after checkout. Washroom not cleaned. Ac cleaning i think not done as i started started sneezing. Switch board loosed. Reviewed many comments regarding food so not opted breakfast.

The hotel rooms are in dire need of maintenance. We had rented 4 rooms and bathroom taps, room door locks were damaged. One room was given stating the shower is not functional and not repairable. The air conditioner was dripping badly and after asserting for a proper room, we were allotted a replacement room. The staff is courteous but helpless due to negligence and indifferent attitude of the hotel owner.
