⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ amazing stay at hill view paradise, shimla! had a wonderful time at hill view paradise! the food was delicious, the customer service was excellent, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. the owner is very kind and made sure everything was perfect. beautiful views and a very comfortable stay. highly recommend!

My stay at Hills View Paradise Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled amidst lush green hills, the hotel truly lives up to its name, offering breathtaking panoramic views from nearly every corner. The serene atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway from the busy city life. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly smiles and attentive service. Check-in was swift, and they thoughtfully provided me with a room that had a private balcony overlooking the valley — an unforgettable sight, especially at sunrise and sunset. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a cozy mountain-themed charm. The bed was very comfortable, and the in-room amenities were modern and thoughtful. I particularly enjoyed sipping coffee on the balcony each morning. The hotel’s restaurant served a delicious variety of local and international dishes, and the open-air seating made dining even more special. I also took advantage of their guided nature walks, which were a wonderful way to explore the surrounding landscape.

My experience at the hills view paradise was a lovely one. My room was so comfortable with mesmerising view of mountains. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. The staff was courteous and accommodating. Had a great experience.

Perfect home stay

Wonderful stay
soloIt was really wonderful. I had really amazing time. Everything was perfect like lights, tv etc. Rooms were really decent and super clean. View was amazing from the room. Staff were very helpful. Had lovely time in shimla.

Very clean and tidy stay

Average Stay
No proper room service. Lights were too deemed. Dependency and intereference of owner was quite high.

Dear guest, Greetings! Hope you and your family is doing well. Sir, your food order was mostly consist of warm milk with plain roti for your child (2 years old) and breakfast in room service. All the food items that were served to you were fresh and were served hot. All the accompaniments i.e. butter, pickle, salad etc. were served with your food orders with no extra cost (complimentary. In addition to that there were repeat orders of your food items. Even at the day of check out you prefer to have breakfast in our property instead of somewhere else. Never during your stay, you visited our dining space. Nothing can be done now. If there were problem with the food and its service you should have informed us during your stay. If there were problem with the food I don’t understand why you repeatedly order food from us again and again even if you have option to have food outside. I don’t understand the problem with the lights, as all the lights were working fine. As per our standard we check all the lights and guest amenities before handing over room to our guest. There is very good lights in our property and they are not dim. This is first time that someone complaint about lights. Most of our guests feel very happy and positive in our property. It was pleasure to serve you. We take a lot of care of our guests. We always strive towards pleasant guest experience. Looking forward to welcome you back soon. Thanks
Quite a view with a homely feel
familyWe had the most homely feel ever. The owners roshan & his wife were quite caring & their home cooked food was quite delicious ( the yummy pahadi type. We woke up to the most heavenly view of the hills. P. S : the rooms were quite clean with a cozy balcony.

Good for family stays. Good family host and polite behavi
Good host and facility. Home food has good amenities and a homely feel. It has a good view and nice place and not so much far from the city, overall a nice stay for family. The place is clean and hygienic. You can enjoy the homely environment and very kind and sweet host.

The place/appartment was super, neat and very well organised. The view outside from the window was awesome. The care takers were extremely supportive, polite and friendly. The food was delicious. I would like to visit the same appartment again in future. 10/10 shashi sarma gurugram
