Terrible Stay
Food was worst, room was not good

Dear Sir, We are surprised to note your rating and comments. You have mentioned that "food was worst. Food was ordered from a well known restaurant at your request. We have not received any complaint regarding the quality food in the past. You never complained about the quality of food to us, otherwise we could have taken up the matter with the concerned restaurant. In that case either food could be replaced or refund obtained. Secondly you have mentioned that room was not good. But you have not mentioned what deficiancy was there. Room was neat and clean with attached bathroom with geyser. LED TV is also there. There was enough ventilation in the room. At this rate (i.e.Rs.720 less OTA's commission) I think it was a good deal and value for money for yourself. Your rating and comments are really unfair. Mountain view/ good foo
It was a good stay with a good mountain view. The washroom was clean and the food was good like a home.

Good hotel
Hotel is good according to price they charged and host narendra ji also well behaved and the food is also like home. I have stayed 3 night here and overall value for money.

Very bad experience
Bad and stinky smell in the room!staff is not supportive. They were asking for high price even if we booked our rooms

Dear Sir, We are shocked and surprised at your feed-back/review which is far from the truth. You had booked one standard room from mmt and 2 semi deluxe rooms directly from us. Though it was peak season we charged 30% less than our approved rates for the rooms directly booked. We never asked for higher price for the room you had booked thru go-mmt. We might have told you that in case you wished you could have upgraded the room to higher category . You never complained about the room to us. Your allegation that the staff was not supportive is also totally false. As one of the female guest was not carrying her valid photo Id, we accepted her marriage photograph and copy of Nikahnama. We request you to be fair in your review and rating. Shortfall, if any, should also be brought to the notice of the hotel staff on the spot. With warm regards

Located just near the himachal pradesh university, shimla. Perfect location for professors and other academicians. The hotel is clean and great hospitality. The hotel owner is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. The staffs were very helpful. The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to dry clean clothes facilities also. Nice budget homestay
First, if you are on bus or train to shimla contact hotel for traveling guidance. Pros: owners co staff are good, polite and helpful. Food is tasty and warm like home and at reasonable price. Cons. Intercom facility is required for better communication. And switch board with two way switch near bed would be good, because at night after being comfy in bed we had to get up from bed to switch off the light or tv.

Such reviews present a true picture to prospective guests and also help us to make necessary improvements. You have given two suggestions regarding providing of intercom and two way switches. As far as your suggestion regarding inter com is concerned, we feel that use of mobile phones is more convenient. In the past we had installed intercom in all rooms. But it was felt that use of mobile phone is more convenient and effective. As all persons including guests and hotel staff use mobiles phones these can be used from any where even if you not in the room. Mobile number of the hotel staff is provided in every room. We have noted your other suggestion regarding two way switches which is very genuine and we shall do the needful in the near future.
