the accommodation is well maintained. the staff especially akash and renu mother are so welcoming, provided with all necessary information and help to travel. last but not least the home food is quite 😋

Property was priced at a premium but was not worth even for 1/3rd the price.

The rooms was full of insects and street is full of stray dogs, no disinfection of the common area

The host did-not provide the clean blanket on first night and i had to shiver and got sick. He was extremely rude to me despite knowing that i didn’t cancel booking after waiting 5 hours for cab to reach his place. I called him 7 am and managed to reach his place by 12 pm only. He did-not guide me properly. Thanks to the restaturant next to bus stand that he guided me correctly. He was very rude to me. I got vomiting and only managed to sleep on second night.I didn’t know him still he behaved to me very badly. I did not even call once to change the place or cancel the booking. The room bathrooms are very leaking and unclean. I asked to shift the bed because there was lot of dirt below the bed. He argued for the small things. He did not provide the morning tea while at the time of check-in he told to provide the morning tea. There is an external hotel which opens at 9 am i was made very uncomfortable and very poor hospitality when you land the first time in an unknown city. You should take appropriate action against this host. This was worse than the hotel. At least hotel people know to talk. He has taken 300 extra from me for putting a small heater on second night. Initially, he asked for 500 for the same.

Shankar uncle and aakash bhaiya are really good. Food is awesome. Felt like home. Amazing experience.

The property is a little far from the main market, bus stand and Railway Station. Therefore one needs a private/hired vehicle to go around. The rooms were clean and from the veranda, one could see a beautiful forest. It is good for a peace-loving, relaxing vacation. The food was nice.

Very nice location and peaceful environment. Ideal for staying a week. Owner was very helpful in arranging cabs as it is away from the main City. Food was homely. I would like to go again in winter.

It is a very nice place to stay in Shimla. The owner of the homestay is very nice. He takes care of the guest on the principle. It is not a hotel but "a home away from home". The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The view from hotel is super. I highly recommend to stay here. Ajeet.

The hotel has a good view of deodar trees and mountain view. The owner is quite hospitable and the home cooked food is hygienic and tasty. The rooms were clean too. So good place to stay.
