Review Of Heart of Landour (Panchtatva Rooms)

Location was bang on ,excellent. Staff was very well mannered n helpful. Good cafe food too. The rooms were average.

Our stay at the heart of landour was very comfortable and peaceful. the property is literally at the heart of landour and the staff is very helpful. The property also has one of the best cafes in landour with a beautiful view to fight for. Highly recommend!

The room and washroom were quite small. The height of the room was also less. Even the balcony was also very small. The only good thing was location of the property.

The hotel was conveniently located close to attractions. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped

This is one of the few places where you can stay in landour. It is located right at the start. The heart of landour cafe is attached to it which makes lunch / dinner very convenient. Also all of the attractions are a small walk away. The rooms are neat and spacious, however there is no ac. The staff is very polite and helpful. They even arranged a cab for us to go back to dehradun.

Didn’t provide extra bed for kid. Parking charges levied. No good heater in room. Staff rude. Poor heater in bathroom.

The property is located bang opposite char dukaan. It is a small property with 6 rooms. We loved our room due to its wooden decor. The view from the cafe is great. Overall nice property.

The service at the room was really late and ignorant! the room and the view was okay but no one really paid attention to the requests and needs of the guests

The view and food is good. However, basic facilities were not available. No water was coming in the washroom. Then when water was there, it was dirty. Then the shower handle broke. So there were issues.

This 3-4 room property is in some dark basement, smelly, no ventilation, very narrow entrance & starecase, highly unsafe, you can't be rescued if anything happens. Very careless attitude of owners and staff. How do they get the license at all? have a look at the video i uploaded on google, you will come to know. And price you pay for all such issues? 16000- plus taxes per night (you can get a five star property at this price. No additional beds or mattress are given, just sleep on floor, without mattress, if you are more than 2. No attendants available at times. Grossly non-compliant to guidelines for hotel. And despite complaints, mm t still lists it a top property! good knows, why. Save yourself, avoid!

The room was very ergonomically designed with wood, bark, jute etc the lightings add to the mood of a very pleasant, peaceful romantic stay. The toilets are also well designed with available space with new era fittings

the tattva. is famous because of 'Cafe de landour'. live music 🎶 every evening is main attraction here. food is awesome 👌 and we are in LAP of nature.

Pretty hotel with well done up rooms with a good view. The restaurant is also good. The geyser doesn't work sometimes but could be a technical fault. Network is an issue in the rooms.

If they'd charged 2-3k per night i'd have been perfectly happy. But they are charging 5* hotel prices, and you're getting just a basic room and they have cut corners all over the place. The bathroom was fitted poorly: poor ventilation has left a moldy smell, the shower door doesn't close because it was fitted at the wrong height, and the floor was fitted with wall tiles instead of floor tiles (so dangerously slippery. There's a pretty serious monkey problem, even getting inside the hotel and blocking access to and from the rooms. Also some basics issues with how to run a hotel: e g. For some reason the staff knocked on our door well after 10pm each night, just to check if we wanted to make a dinner order. The bed was comfy and the room was clean - if they'd charged a basic rate for that basic provision it would have been fine.

Good location and great cafe with view. Great music slightly on high price. Parking available. Close to bakery and lal tibba.

The location of the room was very different which was shown earlier. The next room people were disturbing whole night.
