Overall good only. But they should have improvise more on food, because on first day they served spoiled rices before serving better they would have check properly . People are nice and support are excellent Location was really worth for money, my family enjoyed well Even hotel People are arranged the free guide for us that is very useful for us. Thank u

Rooms are very bad rest everything good, they need to improve the rooms. good chef, good food provided in that place

The staff were great and the location had amazing views. The rooms need a little bit of work, clean but a little outdated, some outlets are not functioning, and some taps are not working.

Hazelwood is a collection of individual cottages. the one we stayed in had very nice view of the hills from the rooms and the balcony. the full cottage was given to us and the rooms were clean. little old property but clean and comfy. People treated us nicely. Good for family or groups for a day or two stay.

Our stay at hazelwood’s was good. We travel-led to munnar and stayed at hazelwood. Everything was good (friendly staff, food) and host took care of everything during our stay. But i was disappointed about their service. Even though we asked for bonfire they couldn’t able to arrange it. We have booked the bonfire before the other guests did but they failed to arrange bonfire for us. That was only one thing i didn’t liked about hazelwood.

The cottage was pretty nice to stay for bachelor's who are coming to enjoy munnar

MENTIONED THAT OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED BUT, IN THAT RESORT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING OUTSIDE FOODS. RATE OF FOOD IN RESORT IS TOO HIGH... FIRE CAMP IS GOOD ROOM TAKER IS GOOD AND FRIENDLY...

One of the best experiences i get. And the cottage has the best view and this is my first visit to munnar. And the temperature is moderate. December and jean is the best time to visit

Very beautiful hill view from the hazelwood cottages gives unique experience. Also the staff working here is very co-operative. Mr. Abishek who manages this property is very soft speaking person and maintained everything in this premises perfectly. In next trip definitely we will visit again.

Maintenance wise not at all good. For view it's oky. Not recommended for person above 60 as it's difficult to climb up the slope. Average stay

We went on a family trip, whereas i booked the hotel, seeing the photos but to my surprise the place is a total flop. There's no one on the property except for just 1caretaker. The rooms were stinking, the bathroom did not have water. They gave us a cottage that's 50 steps down and there were no guests other than us. I never checked in, and left the property as it is not safe for my family and my 2 yr old kid.

Super location and it's highly recommended for anyone who is visiting munnar and expected have privacy and peace of mind. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Specially thanks a lot to the staff, morning tea awsome.

The location was good, but rooms were dirty, bedsheets were dirty, no mirrors in bathroom, no hot water facility, no wifi facility. The service was pathetic.

Beautiful ambiance combined with amazing hospitality. If you are looking for a private time with your family or special ones this cottage is best.
