Room was good ,little issues were there like hand shower was not working, even though I booked room with break fast, they didn’t provide any break fast

I recently stayed at this hotel during a short trip with my sister and her child — our first time traveling together, so I was a bit anxious about the experience. But from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at ease. Their hospitality was truly commendable. They went out of their way to arrange breakfast and transport as per our convenience, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. Everyone we interacted with was polite and respectful. One thing I really appreciated was their understanding attitude. Although the check-out time was 12 PM, I got delayed returning from an exam and only reached back at 1 PM. Despite this, they didn’t charge me anything extra or pressure me to vacate — instead, they were incredibly kind and accommodating. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable stay with thoughtful service!

wifi signal not good at first floor.. overal good experience.. but at least provide 2 bottile drinking water.. they only provide one litter water bottle.. at that price range please provide some basic needs like drinking water, shampoo.. etc

Comfortable rooms, neat and clean and hygenic.

It was shown that the property is a residency hotel. The accommodation is not at all a hotel it is a lodge with some temporary arrangements for breakfast. The coat was conjusted which cannot accommodate 2 adults & 2 kids. There were 2 care takers at the residence but they knew nothing about the property we needed to contact the manager over phone for any thing who was at home as he was sick. The car parking is also conjusted in such a way that you need to take care of your car & they keep on distracting us if more than 2 car arrives at the property. No one is there to guide or direct the property. I had to wake up from my breakfast table in between my brake fast to rearrange my parked car. There is no lift in the property i need to carry my luggage all the way upstairs & down stairs. Over all very poor experience.

Rooms are cleanly maintained, intercom number is not work properly due to this contact the room service is more difficult. Enough parking space. Restaurant is available with in the property then it will be good for the guest.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean rooms with excellent service. Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
