Hotel O Padma Junction MG Road

couldn't stay as the facilities mentioned were not there.,we had to seek accommodation elsewhere.. Please don't reccomend this place to anybody.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at Hotel O. The room I booked online was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. When I arrived, the staff casually told me that the room I booked was under construction, and the shocking part is that they never informed me about this in advance. Instead, they offered me a completely different and much lower-quality room. When I demanded a refund, the hotel staff refused, saying that since the payment was made , they couldn’t process any refund I reached out to customer care, explained the entire situation, and demanded my refund. However, they told me that they had spoken to the hotel staff and were informed that the same room I booked had been offered to me, and that I was only asked to wait a few hours for cleaning hotel handled the situation very poorly. There was no honesty, no professionalism, and no accountability from either side. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Hotel O
