I recently stayed at Sapphire during a business trip, and overall, it was a great experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to Infopark. The check-in process was smooth, and the host/management was responsive and professional. The apartment itself was clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest . Additionally, the quiet atmosphere made it easy to focus when working from the apartment. One minor issue was limited parking and slow Wi-Fi, but it didn’t significantly impact my stay. While booking it is said that there is complimentary breakfast. But i enquirer about in the reception for checkin time they said there is no such facility for there hotel.

The room does not have fan it just having table fan attached to the wall and ventilation is terrible, room is suffocating, it's very hot from inside. Suffocating room. You feel sweet inside the room sometimes.

The rooms were dusty, the curtains have never been washed and there's the smell of dead rats in the corridor always

Not clean rooms and bed sheets

Room was not at all like shown in the pictures. No amenities at all. No TV, no hot water, no kettle, no beverage options. Table was basically a slab attached. Chair was not strong and not at all matching the table height.
