Review Of Gulzar Palace

The rooms are very small, the bathroom is very small and stinky, there were no windows to bathroom only curtains were there on the window. I will not recommend this stay.

I didn't get a check-in. The hotel said booking is not made. I suffered a lot and had to arrange another stay

We booked room on mmt for 2 days for rs 2300. But when we reached at hotel first they refaced to provide us room. About 20-30 minutes of argument they provide us a poor room with no proper service and amenities. Feeld cheated on this booking.

The hotel looks old and there is no cleanliness. Even we got very dirty sheets and pillows which then after requesting many times we were allowed to change them. The rooms are bad. Ceiling is too low. There was no room cleaning during our entire stay.

No, hot water, no room service. Rooms were not in clean condition. No mattress. No bathing towel. Even after complaining. No response from owner. Not recommendable.

The room was dirty very small. It seems that useless things have been gathered in a store room and offered you to live there

Its 2 or may be 1. When we reached srinagar and searched for gulzar palace, 1st of all there is no such hotel called gulzar palace. Its the owners name gulzar. When i asked he asked me to stay in hotel rooma, which is his property. But the room which i had booked through mmt, it was not that room. They gave one room with 1 double bed and 1 silgle bed, where as i had booked 2 double delux beds. Then when i said the same to the owner next day he gave me the room which i had booked actually but he charged 2000 more for that. Aa i had no other options i had to pay to stay comfortable with my family. It was a horrible exeprience i can say. When i checked out he asked me to give good rating infront of him. Name of the hotel was hotel grand rooma which is the owners house. Not gulzar palace which is displayed in mmt. Please take necessary action to avoid such troubles for other visitors. No thanks

Toilet flush not working, wash basin pipe leakage. No toilet shop & hand wash given. In d night outside so many notice.
