Excellent Stay
groupStayed at the hotel last week. Location is very good, slightly away from the hustle & bustle of the city, though not very far from the city centre. Rooms & premises were clean . Food was also good . Staff is very efficient & helpful. Also had the privilege of meeting the owners . Lovely, down to earth family. Would recommend if you just want to relax and enjoy in quiet atmosphere .

Maintenance not uptodate no running hot water. Provided in buckets need to ask for supplies like napkins, toilet roll food good

Dear Mr. Shroff, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern and we accept that there was a technical issue with the hot water system which was due to a pipe damage in the middle of the night, completely unexpected. Still the staff came with buckets as an alternate when requested. We also offered you an alternate room for temporary use for a hot shower. Napkins & toilet rolls are provided on request of guest only. We understand that we did not live up to your personal expectations, and we hope you give us a chance again to serve you better. Excellent Stay
coupleWe had a pleasant staying. The food was good. Staff were courteous. It give us a family atmosphere. Being away from the central market place added to the serenity
