The best part of the stay was the well coperative behaviour of the entire staff specially Quyaum at reception was an amazing person and very helpful. The location of the hotel is well balanced between Hotel, Airport, Railway station and Dal lake. The receptionist qaiyum was a brilliant person he upgraded my room without any extra cost . He is a soft spoken and gentle person.

It was a nice stay at the Hotel Ginger, Srinagar. Entire staff, right from the manager to front office, waiters, house keeping were very welcoming and supportive. Food is good though the breakfast can some more variation on the alternate days. Internet connectivity needs to be improved in the room and I would imp I’ve the ratings from good+ to excellent. Over all value for money and would recommend to stay here.

Right from the front office to the administration to the chef and waitresses and waiters, all are extremely diligent in executing their works respectfully and tenderly to the guest.
